How Long Does My Order Take To Ship?
Orders take up to 1 week to be processed and shipped. All items are shipped from Milano-Italy with a tracking number provided.
What about the
pre-order?
The vases will be hand-woven and shipped within 2–3 weeks. Times are approximate: if you have special requests or urgent needs, write to us and we’ll do our best :)
Do You Offer International Shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Europe.

What Is Your
Return Policy?
We do not accept returns, as all products are handcrafted with great care. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, please contact us and share photos, we’ll find a solution together :)
Pick-up in Milano?
Yes, the package can be picked up in Porta Venezia, Via Melzo 12, Milano.
All pickup details will be provided once the order is confirmed.
